Design Architect: BrandNu Design Studio LLC

BrandNu Design Studio was selected to lead the masterplan concept for Avalon Village in Highland Park, spanning from Woodward Avenue to Hamilton Avenue. The vision reimagines the neighborhood with new housing, retail, and mixed-use developments. As design lead, our scope included conceptual designs for single-family, duplex, and quad homes; signage strategies to introduce and strengthen the identity of Avalon Village for both residents and visitors; and the integration of transitional spaces that connect housing, retail, and public areas into a cohesive neighborhood fabric.
