Imagine Madison

BrandNu Design Studio provided community engagement services for Imagine Madison, the City of Madison’s Comprehensive Plan focused on guiding the city’s growth, development, transportation, housing, parks, and public investment over the next generation.
Through four youth-focused design workshops, students explored community planning, public space, and the future of Madison through architecture, music, storytelling, and design. The initiative included collaborative design activities, music recording sessions, and the production of an original music video featuring a hip hop song written by youth about their current observations and vision for the future of the city.
The workshops helped bring youth voices into a citywide planning process that engaged more than 15,000 residents across Madison.
